M-Card Terms and ConditionThe appearance or interpretation of any of the following on apparel, banners, signs, etc., in the foreground or background of photos is prohibited, including but not limited to: -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive brands, unless required by law.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Celebrities/musicians/public figures/athletes/cartoons, etc. (excepted for those associated Affinity/Co-Brand programs)-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizations with ineffective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) programs-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizations that promote the use of violence-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organizations that promote hatred or intolerance-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pornography/Adult content-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Profanity or obscenities-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Overtly provocative, sexual or lewd material-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Intellectual property not owned or licensed by the co-brand-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Material that brings the Visa brand into disrepute-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Political or religious imagery with is offensive to cultural values-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Branded products (expect those associated with approved Affinity/Co-branded programs)-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Copyright or trademarked material not owned by partner-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any references to Visa sponsorship properties (e.g. Olympics-expect of those associated with approved program-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any photo that might result in non- acceptance or other problems at the point of sale-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any printing or process that interface with the required security features of the card.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Illegal groups, activities, adult content, sexual or lewd material is prohibited.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Image that brings the Visa brand into disrepute.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Image depicting hatred or intolerance.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Violent or offensive racist images including any images in which weapons or fire arms are shown.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I agree to the deduction of membership/renewal/ replacement fee as per STC MBL Print on Demand.
